Lina Khannolainen is a senior clinical research executive with over 20 years of experience in global drug development across 49 countries and more than 17 therapeutic areas. She has held leadership roles at Pfizer and leading global CROs, including Programme Director and Head of Operations positions. Lina currently works as an independent Interim Programme Director advising biotech sponsors on European clinical trial delivery, CRO governance, and operational strategy. She is frequently engaged by biotech sponsors to support complex or high-risk programs requiring experienced operational leadership in Europe.
