Marija-Jasna is a clinical research professional with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2024, she founded Monocytes d.o.o. to pursue her mission of elevating clinical research standards through education and site development. Originally trained as a medical biochemist and later a pharmacist and Head of Pharmacy, Marija-Jasna ultimately found her professional calling in clinical trial monitoring. Drawing from years of hands-on collaboration with clinical sites, she developed a practical Site Preparation Strategy that helps clinics build the foundations needed to become high-performing clinical trial sites.
