Nacho Solans Serrat is Clinical Operations Manager at ICON plc, where he has built his entire clinical research career over the past decade. Starting as a CRA Trainee in 2015, he progressed through every level of field monitoring — CRA I, CRA II, Senior CRA — before stepping into clinical operations management in 2021. A pharmacist by training, with a Master's in clinical trial monitoring and medical affairs from CESIF and a degree from the Universitat de Barcelona, Nacho brings a rare ground-up perspective on what it takes to grow and thrive in the CRA profession.
