These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CRACONNECT LIVE 2027 conference website and your participation in the conference hosted by MB CRAConnect, company number 306690326, with registered business address at Girulių g. 20, LT-12123, Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "our", "us").
By accessing this website and/or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. About CRACONNECT LIVE 2027
CRACONNECT LIVE 2027 is a professional, in-person conference focused on Clinical Research Associates and clinical operations professionals. The event will take place at Torre Glòries, Barcelona, Spain on 11–12 May 2027. All tickets are sold and managed by MB CRAConnect.
2. Eligibility
This event is open to adults aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Ticket purchase & payment
Tickets can be purchased through our official website. All ticket prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to applicable VAT according to EU tax rules. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Refunds & transfers
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us via email at least 14 days prior to the event. In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, we will offer a rescheduled date or issue a full refund.
5. Code of conduct
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant violating these rules without refund.
6. Event changes
We reserve the right to modify the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue at any time. Any major changes will be communicated via the email address you provide upon registration.
7. Intellectual property
All materials shared during the event — including presentations, logos, and website content — are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. MB CRAConnect is not liable for personal injury, lost property, or any indirect damages resulting from your attendance at the event.
9. Data protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used for the purpose of ticketing, communications, and event organization.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
